Why clean the pool
Unclean water can leave stains on the pool surface and hurt swimmers' eyes. Dirty water can cause pool filters and pumps to loosen. The water should be clean enough to see the bottom of the pool, and it should feel good against the skin. Rain, airborne microorganisms, and swimmers can degrade quality. If the pool is not properly maintained, the water in the pool may contain a wide range of germs, including bacteria and viruses. Some of these germs can cause health problems, such as ear, nose, and throat infections. For these reasons, the pool should be cleaned regularly to prevent bacteria and viruses from staying in your pool.
